Registration
You can find our registration form here. The form will allow you to select dates & times and review camp policies.
In order to enroll, you will need to submit a health history form and proof of immunization for your child in accordance with the NJ Dept of Health.
Please send your completed form to info@bayheaddaycamp.com.
Once received, we’ll send you an invoice. Payment will be accepted by check, cash, or credit card. Payments made by check or cash will receive a 3% discount.
