About Us
Meet Kiah, the founder of Bay Head Day Camp. A lifelong summer resident of Bay Head, Kiah is proud of this community and is excited to celebrate it with its youngest members. Kiah has spent over a decade in early childhood education, working at Columbus Pre-School on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, a school founded by her parents in 1988. Growing up inspired by this field of work and the amazing work of educators, Kiah has learned just what it takes to provide the best program for children, parents, and educators alike.
As a mother to two young boys, Kiah understands the importance of providing a safe and enriching space where children can thrive. Her own son (seen enjoying the beach in Bay Head here!), was one of the first campers last year, and can’t wait to return for another great summer.
We’re excited to introduce Bay Head families to a team of dedicated educators and caregivers who are happy to spend their summer days playing, learning and laughing alongside campers!
